Password only works sometimes

    Working on a scavenger hunt to the link is literally a secret, but we’re learning the password only works SOMETIMES. We have verified this for ourselves. It is a long password (passphrase really) using hyphens but no other punctuation. Is this a known issue?

    Site is live, so please advise ASAP

    The developer finally got back to me and said it’s not a known issue and asked for screenshots.

    I sent them a couple days ago but I’ve heard nothing back, so I went ahead and deleted the plugin and solved the problem and entirely different way.

    Hope you get it figured out though!

    I found that getting read of the cookies option in the setting resolved the issue!
    In fact in my case every option is turned off apart from elementor support.
    In case this is helpful to anyone ??

    I am back because there are still intermittent issues of password not letting people in
    the error message indicate it may be a security issue!

    At this point I deactivated the plugin and back to wordpress password protection
    Would love to hear back suggestion on how to resolve it.
