Password Plugin for Site Access

  • We are looking for a simple yet effective password plugin for our club’s site. Only a few hundred members. Would like everyone to use the same password althought we would change it every 7-10 days. Is there anything available that you can recommend? Thanks.

  • I’m making the assumption you would like to make the site inaccessible to the general public. A couple of possibilities.

    Registered Users Only

    I’m using the first one on wp 3.4.1 with no problems. I’ve not had a chance to try the second one yet.

    [edit] of course, everyone would still have to log in using the same account name and password, so you wouldn’t be able to distinguish users or their contributions on the site, so… I’m not sure if I have interpreted what you need correctly.
