    Do you have access to the Database for you site? I can walk you through on how to reset your password by editing the database!

    I am not sure what you mean by database.

    I just removed that info – please NEVER post access info on a public forum – even if it’s not working, that’s a huge security issue.

    Where is your site hosted – i.e. who do you pay for hosting?

    No, these forums are very public, in fact, they are indexed almost immediately by search engines. So to reset the password, you will need to have access to the database (using phpMyAdmin) or to your site files on the server – see:

    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Resetting_Your_Password

    Sounds like you will need to ask whoever runs the server for help with this?

    @postman SMTP – we try :)!

    I dont understand why I can’t use the email address I used before to get a new password.
    It say it is not registerd but I have used it before.

    Unfortunately, there’s really no way for anyone here to answer that either – email problems are often server/hosting related, so again, you’d need to talk to whoever runs your server.

    I think gmail has also made changes recently – so that might be a factor too.

    In any case, if the email option isn’t working, you’ll need to use one of the other methods to reset your password.
