password protect

I was able to create a password protected page that asks for a password.
What I want to do is create a page of several links to pages within the site that are protected from the public and can only be accessed through the first protected page.
I’m reading the password protected Codex page but I know nothing about the codes and can’t seem to find how this is addressed.
