Password protect a single page

I am using wordpress as a website. I have numerous pages that have static content.
I have one page that hosts posts.
I would like to have this page be password protected.
I would also like to be able to give out user specific passwords so that when one of my clients is no longer a client i can delete thier account but not have to reset a universal password.
is this possible and can anyone point me in the right direction.
