Password protect entire site with .htaccess EXCEPT one page

  • I am currently using the .htaccess file in cPanel to password protect my entire site.

    I want to allow one page though, and I am hosted with WordPress.COM so I do not have individual .html or .php pages. Is this possible and if not, is there a plugin that will allow me to choose which pages NOT to password protect while also giving me a whitelist for IP addresses that can bypass the credentials field?
