Password Protect Gallery page

    I have clicked the visibility on my Gallery page which includes a few photo albums, and added a password. I have updated the page however when I view the site it doesn’t asked for the password and goes directly to the page. It say’s it’s password protected however doesn’t request the password.
    Please help!

  • Hi Tracy,

    Can you provide the URL to your Gallery page?

    Also, make sure that you’re logged out when you test.

    Hi there,

    The URL is https://www.thebarlows-uk.com.
    I’ve just tried logging out and then accessing the page but it still doesn’t ask for the password. It goes straight to the Gallery page, yet it says it’s a protected page.

    I get the password request on the page.

    try from a different browser or different computer;
    sometimes the cookies are allowing you in after you used the password before…

    Thanks so much…I tried with Chrome and it did appear.
