• Hi,

    Using wordpress for my classroom.
I have a correspondence set up with another school where students exchange. I will password protect a page for it.

However, students pictures will also be posted on that page.

Are the media uploaded protected too if I use the built-in uploader?
Is there anyway to really protect the media (ie inaccessible)?

Or is there a plugin that will do that better (password protect a page and a content?)

I really do not want the pictures to appear in a cache search, or be available if the full link to a picture is typed.

    Thanks

    S.

    Thanks.

The password on the page/post will do.

What will be a good way to protect the content uploaded? I can always upload by FTP and paste links/image (do some html) if necessary.

What will be the best place to put my uploaded (manually) content? inside the wp install or the root of my host?
How can I create an .htaccess?

Again, thanks ?? I am kind of in a rush to do this….
