Password Protected Page Redirecting to Wp-Admin Login

Hello all, I have posted on this topic before with no success so I am hoping to give it another go… I manage my company’s wordpress site (with very little experience) and am encountering some issues with our password protected page. Currently, when someone attempts to log in to our password protected page they are redirected to the wp-admin log in page. I am personally having no issues viewing the page because I have successfully logged in before and therefore my password is saved. So, it appears to only be an issue for new attempts. I have contacted our template support and hosting support and neither could find a solution to this problem and suggested I search again for help here. These are the steps that have been taken so far by Bluehost support:

-Deactivated all plugins to eliminate any problems caused by plugins
-Change the theme to eliminate any problems caused by a malfunctioning theme
-Checked the .htaccess file for any redirect code that may be causing the issue
-Generated a default php configuration file to make sure there we no problems there.

My domain name is https://www.denronph.com and the page in question is “employee lounge” located under the “home” tab.
