  • Ahhhh, that’s what happened… I also have it hardcoded in my theme’s functions.php file (by design because I made changes to how the form looks).

    I’m having the same issue in 3.9, but I’m not sure what you’re looking for in the functions.php file

    I have had the same problem the other day. I had talked to support guys at my hosting company and I was asked if I updated WordPress manually, which I did. He asked me to reinstall WordPress. And it has worked for me.
