Password Protected Pages >> some users say not working

    Just wondering if anyone is having a similar issue. We have about 5 password protected pages (using WP page visibility option) and for the majority it is working fine. However a few are reporting that they cannot access the site even with the correct password. They either get looped back to enter a password again or an error message ““The website is unable to display the webpage” HRRP 504/HTTP505”

    I’ve been unable to replicate the error so its hard to discover what is happening.

    One user said they had the issue on PC/IE but tried on PC/Chrome and it worked.

    Any ideas whats going on here?
