Password protected pages suddnely not prompting password

    Hi there!

    I’ve recently password protected some pages and using another browser checked to see if they were indeed password protected.

    Everything was fine but now I can access them like a normal page. I’ve cleared cookies, cache and all that in my alternate browser but I can still see everything.

    Any idea what went wrong?

  • Were you aware that the cookie for password protected pages takes a few days to expire?

    Yes! I was clearing ‘everything’ everytime. I’m thinking it was a plugin conflict now as I’ve deactivated a bunch and it appears to be working.

    Little trial and error work. Thanks! You can probably delete this thread ??
