Password Protection For Entire Blog

According to the FAQ section, an administrator should be able to go into OPTIONS and then PRIVACY and select a radio button requiring all visitors to enter a password before being able to see the blog.

That feature must be old as it’s no long presented.

Can someone tell me how I can password protect the blog? I only want a restricted group of users to be able to view it and post/comment to it.
