password-reset

  • Hello, i’m facing a password-reset problem, the link to reset password does not shows in email. Here’s the email:

    We received a request to reset the password for your account. If you made this request, click the link below to change your password:
    Reset your password
    If you didn’t make this request, ignore this email or report it to us.
    Thank you!
    ——
    But the Reset your password it’s not clickable.. it’s just plain text. Any idea why ?

    Your antivirus or anti-malware software can cause this issue.
    Please try to check this message on your mail provider website and see if the link is active.

    Hi, the link is not there, it’s not only me as all my site users are facing the same issue, also I am running my own server and even in roundcube for example the link it’s not there..

    Hi, works now, it was the

      Use HTML for E-mails?

    option in settings that was un-checked.
