password reset and registration not working

  • Hi,

    i use the [clean-login] shortcode. The Login is working fine. on the bottom “password reset” and “registration” is shown. both are not working and i don’t want the “registration” at all.

    password reset would be great if the feature is working.

    could you help with this?

    Hi,

    Removing an unused shortcode is not very straightforward. You should go to your-url/wp-admin/options.php and look for a string with a prefix “cl_”, and then remove it (leave it empty) It’s quite intuitive once you are there, but it is not in the plugin settings page.

    The other issue you have, could you please explain the error? are you receiving the emails?
