    Hi,

Just to let you know I’ve had to disable this plugin due to an issue caused by it.

I disabled many plugins prior to this one as I had no expectation or suspicion it would be the one causing the problem.

The problem caused by the plugin was that we were unable to create an account on a woocommerce store, once the username field was filled in the “Create Account” button was live, however when the password was entered the button became null and unclickable.

The same issue occured when a customer tried to reset their passwords, they would fill in one field with no problem but when they filled in the “re-enter your password” field then the button didn’t work anymore.

This is a huge problem against the fundamental aspect of any website i.e. registration – this has led me to disable the plugin which is quite disappointing as I enjoyed the features of linking it with my mailchimp account.

I’m just glad I identified the problem before losing any further customers.

If this gets fixed in the future or there is an alternative plugin – please advise and update me accordingly.

    Thanks.

  • I have been battling with this problem for about a month now.

I was shocked to discover that MailChimp for WooCommerce would be the culprit. I have also being forced to deactivate MailChimp for WooCommerce until a solution is found to this problem or perhaps, I find a similar plugin to handle the required functionalities.

    This is urgent!

Guys this is a piece of shit, super buggy, it struggled my site for months

There is an update 20 hours ago, but the update triggered a Fatal Error on my site. I am looking forward to another update.

I actually love the plugin so far. But this conflict with the forms is a deal breaker. The bug I noticed is mailchimp woocommerce plugin breaks the password reset form. It doesn’t allow a password to be saved and anyone who forgot their password is not able to log into their account.

I think I have found a solution to this already.

Simply deactivate and delete the Mailchimp for Woocommerce plugin. Make sure you delete it completely and then reinstall it from the WordPress repository.

    Everything will then work fine.

I’m having the same problem , if anyone has a solution, please let me know, thanks.

I am having the exact same problem. I had to deactivate every plugin I had to find out that MailChimp was causing this issue. I really want to integrate MailChimp on my site (hmnabavian.com), but this is a major deal breaker. I have no choice but to keep it deactivated until this is patched up.

Hey everyone, apologies for the radio silence on this thread. We’ve pushed up a fix for this in our next release. Hope to have it pushed up very soon: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/issues/245
