Password RESET does NOT work

Does anyone have any info on a simple password reset not working? I just launched our site and now have to answer 300 emails for users that CANNOT RESET THEIR PASSWORDS? This is the most embarrassed I have ever been in 12 years of web-design and WOULD LOVE ANY HELP – in a fix?
Thanks and hope these guys can fix this issue – it really is a MAJOR BUG!
