Password reset doesn’t work

    Have you assigned the Password reset page in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Pages?

    Hi,

    It works at the begining. Send reset email. After mailclick appears the 2 field New password, Confirm new passord.
    But by submit the form nothing happend. The form with the 2 new pw fields comes again and again.

    Thanks for providing the screenshot.

    Could you please tell us what version of UM installed on your site? Does this issue occurs when using a default WP Theme and only UM activated?

    UM Version is 2.1.2
    Its not a WP default theme, it’s Enfold.
    What you mean only UM activated? For register, login, logout I use UM. There isn’t other plugin this functions.
    If I can write you private I make for you an admin account.

    The plugin “Advanced noCaptcha & invisible captcha Settings” was causing the issue. I’ve deactivated it and now the Reset Password is working.

    Please contact the developer and ask how you can disable it for UM forms.

    I am closing this thread now.
