Password reset email is failing

  • Hello,

    When someone forget the password, there is an option to send a Password reset email to give the {password_reset_link}.

    The problem is that the user never get the email so it is impossible to enter.

    I tried with many different emails and accounts, and always happen the same. Maybe the problem is in the configuration… But I can not find where is the mistake.

    Your mail server (SMPT) has to be configured to the correct port and your mail’s user account and password with your host has to be right. 80% of all mail problems are caused by the wrong configuration…
