Password reset email not received

  • Hi All,
    Really hoping you can help. I have been trying to reset my password through the normal “lost password” link. Unfortunately the reset email never arrives. I check my Junk folder but it is not there either. I have tried at least three times now.I also tried other email addresses I have but they come up as invalid so I know I am using the correct one. When I logged in here into www.ads-software.com, I reset my password thinking they might be the same but they are not (the reset password arrived straight away btw for www.ads-software.com). This is the message I get when I try through my WordPress site:

    PASSWORD RESET EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT.
    A password reset email has been sent to the email address on file for your account, but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
