I looked into the code and there are some functions to replace mail subject and body but they are never called elsewhere so I suppose this is work in progress.

If I can find where to add filters I will post the code here

add these lines

add_filter('retrieve_password_title','sb_we_lost_password_title',10,2);
add_filter('retrieve_password_message','sb_we_lost_password_message',10,2;
