• I’ve customised the text in the ‘Password Reset Email’ textarea – but my text is not actually used in the email. Only the default text comes through in the email.

    I presume this is a bug? Can you ensure that the email actually uses the custom text entered in this field.

    Ok, I’ve noticed that this custom text ONLY works if the ‘Use HTML for Email?’ option is set to NO.
