Password Reset Email with no link

When people try to pay with PayPal and have forgotten their password and click on the forgot password link, they receive the following email:

“Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account: https://commongroundchurch.tv/ Username:tammiesellstulsa If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:”

There is no link to follow. This is the entire email.
