password reset help

I’m having an issue trying to reset a password for my admin account
I’ve tried the password reset – leads to a invalid link message

I’ve also tried the php my admin route – which was also unsuccessful

Bluehost helped me move over a database from my old domain to my new domain but now i cant seem to log into my wordpress backend

Bluehost says its a WordPress issue and so should be referred here

Any ideas on what i can do to get access? – or do i need to reinstall wordpress and start all over again?
