Password reset is not working

hi, when a user tries to reset their password the email is sent to them but when then click on the link it takes them here:https://email.shabbychicspain.com/c/eJxtTjuLwzAY-zXJ1uDXFyeDh8BdhxYOrh1asn1-9OxrEoc43JF_X3ctBQ1CEpKsMhRAl0ExQiXhTJKWU9FWtaDAKuBCttVn07Ud7GkhSPKo9WZ8MGnGMFUmjqVXDQdmgVEC8uaI0xKMsK5uAJnWhNhyUH5d54J3BdtnvGnJ6owp_cfF7haX3PpM8leNf9CC1Xe3ZfZ1Psf-BMcet-9rd_nrfy-HbA7xJ0zZHnEJWC7KxgnvbpzzeR_XEcPwnHsARp5Nhg Cant reach this page so then the user can not login and I am losing sales. I have reset permalinks and have deleted the plugin then reinstalled it. What can I do to fix it??? Can anyone help please.

Hi please can someone help. I have disabled plugins and changed themes and stopped caching for the following:
Cart
MyAccount
Checkout
my-account.php
And the user password reset page is still not working. I dont know what else to try. My server does not cache. My site is shabbychicspain.com
