Password reset just with e-Mail address, possible?

Hi,
the most users know just there password but forgot the username.
It is possible to configure the ‘password reset’ form only to enter the e-mail address OR username (like the same here in wordpress member login) ?

In WordPress the username and the e-mail address mus be unique, to enter both is not necessary to identify the user.
Do you have a hint for me to configure a single input login/reset form with wp-members?
