Password Reset Link Email not getting sent

  • Hi,

    After clicking forgot password, I have to fill the email address to which password reset mail will be sent but the reset email is never received in the given email. I have tried couple of times to see if it really is the case, still not working.

    Your help will be highly appreciated!
