Password reset link in email is not working

    I am getting a correct password reset link but when I click on it is again taking me back to login page but not to change password form page.
    How can I fix that?

    In the “Global Settings”, ensure the “Password reset Page” setting is set.

    How did you fix the problem? I have a shortcode configured, everything is fine, but when switching from a mail link, the form is not displayed, enter a new password.
