    Hi,

i’m having an issue on this site, when users try to reset their password they get a reset link which redirects to /login?login=invalidkey

I use them my login, but tried with [pmpro_login] as well, same result.

After searching on the forum i found out that it might be a server-side cache issue. But my hosting provider tells me it’s not coming from them, and has to do with the plugins i use on my site.

I tried deactivating every account related plugins, and it still doesn’t work…

Would you know how i can get it to work ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @nicowob123 , thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

Please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Pages and set the default Login page to Use WordPress Default and let me know if the issue persists?

Sorry for bumping this thread. I just wanted to make note that the above suggestion was only a temporary workaround to see if the issue persisted when not using the PMPro login page.

Some of our login code takes over the login and password request data and assumes that its coming from PMPro (even when its not) which can result in an invalid key or similar errors.

We have a PR that is pending review and testing though which should fix this though – if you’d like to manually patch this on your site and see if it helps, you can copy the files from the PR here and apply them to your site.

    Hello Jarryd,
I had the same problem. I’ve set default Login page to Use WordPress Default and the problem was solved!

    Thanks!
