Password Reset Link not Received

  • Dear Support Team,
    I have a website hosted through WordPress ([ redundant link removed ]). We use this website as our Knowledgebase for the Customers. Recently we are facing this below problem:

    Users are not receiving the password reset link and because of this, they could not log in to the KB site. I request you look into this issue and do the needful.

  • make sure your website can send out emails. you can use a SMTP plugin to configure, test, and log website emails

    Thanks for your answer. Actually, we have been using this site for a long time now. Previously, the option worked fine and we received the password reset link without any issues.
    I do not know why but suddenly we stopped receiving the link.

    Then you should contact your hosting service and find out why.
