Password reset link not working

Are you sure you have a page containing ProfilePress password reset shortcode set as the password reset page in ProfilePress settings?

Yes I do have a page containing the ProfilePress password reset shortcode and it is properly set in the ProfilePress settings.

The link is sent to the correct email address, but when the link is clicked, it loads a login page and not a password reset page as it should.

Can I see te password reset link emailed to you?

I just noticed that if I change the “login/” part of the URL to “wp-login.php”, I’m taken to the default WordPress password reset page.

So this URL works: https://domain.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=opgrC213qzFuuuPG0aEE&login=johna

Hi, that url is wrong. Aapparently you set the login page as your password reset page thus the /login/ part.

If done correctly, you should have your password reset page appended like so

https://domain.com/password-reset-page/?action=rp&key=opgrC213qzFuuuPG0aEE&login=johna
