Password reset mail not received by customer(customer unable to login).

  • Some of our customers complained that they were unable to login as they requested for password reset link but they never recieved one.
    In mail log it shows mails are being sent.
    Tried WP mail SMTP plugin but with all the correct details it didn’t help either.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hello Adnaan,

    Sometimes the email goes to spam, did you try testing the WP mail SMTP test email functionality? if that works, the customer should receive an email.

    But sometimes due to email clients and the domain, they mark it as spam, so check the same once.

    Let me know if this helps or else we will find some alternative solution to this.
