Password Reset Not Working

    Hello,

    When a user on my site tries to reset their password by clicking “forgot password” the email they are sent takes them back to the login page requiring a username and password.

    The same happens when I create a user, the link they are sent to create their password just takes them to the login page.

    Any ideas how to fix this please?

    I have disabled plugins but the problem persists.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    Would you be able to share your Site Health Information here so I may overlook your installed plugins?

    A temporary solution is to revert back the login page to “Use WordPress Default” inside the Paid Memberships Pro page settings while we troubleshoot this issue further.
