Password reset not allowed for this user

    Hi i am using this great plugin and i am very happy with it .

    recently i my user ecountered a issues related to password reset.

    my wordpress is not allowing customers to reset their password.

    error: Passoword reset is not allowed for this user.

    Please guide me how to solve this

    Regarding the issue you are facing, we did encounter and already fixed it last month, plugin version 7.2.06. Would you mind confirming that you have the latest version of the plugin?

    Would you mind letting us know if the same issue occurs when disabling the ‘Lost Password Form Protection’ option from Brute Force?

    brute force protection for woocommerce users already disabled.

    1. Which WordPress and HMWP Ghost version do you have?
    2. Do you use math reCaptcha on Brute Froce?
    3. Does it work with Google reCaptcha?
