    Hi there,

    I’m running the free version of the Membership plugin on one of my client websites. There seems to be a ongoing issue that is being reported from numerous people saying they aren’t getting their password reset emails.

    I have an email log plugin and I’m seeing the email is being sent however practically all of them have no received it, not even in their junk folders.

    Just wanting to check if this is a known issue or if I need to do something on the app in order for these emails to be delivered?

    Hi @lukecreativeind,

    If the email is listed in the Email Log then there is a good chance there are filters set up on the server that might block some outgoing emails and I would suggest you contact your web hosting provider and ask them if this is the case.
