Password reset not working

That method will guide you through changing the password directly in the database. You can find phpMyAdmin in your hosting provider’s control panel.

Dear James,

how can that be ? I have the same trouble currently.
I definetly not changed the password, but if I write it down and press login
the login side only reload without let me in. No failure message, nothing.

Than want to reset the password, same like descriped by Shelbynolan.

Why could that happen ? Did I made something wrong ?
