    Hi whitehart,

    The Toolkit doesn’t actually contain any registration capabilities; I’m not sure how you’re using it for user registration. Can you confirm? Or maybe you mean password resets rather than user registrations?

    You mentioned reinstalling the plugin, but when the Toolkit is disabled entirely, do password reset links then work? In other words, when the Toolkit is not active, does everything work as expected and links are included correctly?

    Assuming it does work with the Toolkit disabled, can you try with all modules disabled except Front End Login (which is the only module that has a password reset piece)?

    Let’s start there to isolate that module as the cause and then we can look at what about your environment or module settings might be causing isssues. It would also be helpful (if it’s possible) to try disabling all other plugins (except LearnDash) after confirming it’s the module above.

    Hi whitehart,

    I’m not sure if you resolved this issue, but depending on where it’s hosted, you may also want to check on what caching is in place. Whatever page has the login form on it should be excluded from caching. We have seen issues like this on hosts like WP Engine, for example.
