Password reset not working

I am using “Theme my Login” plugin together with “Woocommerce” and “Tutor LMS” plugin.

If I make registration and create a new User via “Theme my Login” login page, password reset is working normally.

But if a User is created during purchase Checkout (“Woocommerce”), when I want to reset password via “Theme my Login” login page, a message that “link to reset password was sent to a user” is displayed, but no email is sent, so User is not able to reset his password.

I would prefer not to ask Clients to register first, before shopping, and I am looking for a solution. Thank you.
