Password Reset Not Working

    Wanting to renew my license – forgot account password. Asked for reset email twice several days ago and never received. By recommendation from another thread I installed WP Mail Log and there’s nothing there. Also just tried accessing account on mobile. No spaces appear to enter sign in info. Same on Lost Password page. Just trying to give you some dough. Help?
