Thank you for reaching out! I have just tried the affiliate reset password functionality and it’s working normally on my end. If the email address is attached to a user account, the reset email is sent. If the email address isn’t attached to a user account, the error message is shown. This is the intended functionality.
Please check that the email address is from a user account on your website.
