    Hey,

    I’ve been reading the support boards, and this seems to be a problem that a few people are having, but I haven’t seen a clear answer about what to do.

    The problem we were having is that the “Lost Password” page has the regular [thememylogin] shortcode, which has the meta data to make it show the lost password form.

    But it just showed the regular form, so users had no way of recovering the lost password.

    I got around this hurdle by adding a default action to the shortcode ([theme-my-login default_action=”lostpassword”]) and it correctly creates the lost password form and sends out the email.

    But when the user goes to the recover password page, its the regular form again, and there is no place to enter in a new password.

    So now we are stuck. Hoping you can help us.

    Thank you in advance!

    )

    [_edit_lock] => Array

    If you activate a bundled theme, does this happen?

    Did you find a solution? I got the same problem, and it doesn’t correctly reset the password

    In my case, it was because the page that the reset password was on, wasn’t using the Divi Builder. Changing it to use it fixed the issue.

    Hope this helps!
