Password reset redirecting to non existent page

That looks like it could be a conflict with another plugin. That said, are you using TML 6.4.x or 7+?

Hi we are using 7.0.13

The host I use pre-installed ‘Easy Hide Login’ , which redirected the admin login to :

https://www.siteaddress?pdrc

but I have deactivated that plugin…

but I see pdrc is still in the address that is being generated –
although the login page is now back at https://www.siteaddress.com/wp-admin

Now sure how to fix this issue.

It’s a brand new site, and we are just almost ready to go live.

Sounds like it may be a conflict with another plugin. Try disabling other plugins and see if it works correctly then.
