Password rest email 4 times – only one link works

We have the regular and pro version of your plugin installed. When we use the Learndash password rest function (which really just uses the WordPress function), We get 4 emails delivered to the user and only 1 of the email links work, the other 3 say “invalid token”.
When we did testing on our Staging site and deactivated ALL the plugins and went 1 by 1 activating. It seems that the Uncanny Learndash Toolkit, when active and tested the password reset, we get the 4 emails. When the ULT was inactive, we received only 1 email and it had the correct link. Can you possibly provide any insight on why this might be happening?
