Password Rest Form Issue

Hi,

I am using strong password, instructions(Must be 8 characters long…) are displayed on hover on the ‘?’ for page similar to https://ultimatememberdemo.com/register/ but it does not display on password reset form which similar to https://ultimatememberdemo.com/password-reset/ but validation works fine, so if the user does enter password as per the rules, it prompts them but not before. What are the settings to check to display or how can I do them ?
