password retrieval doesn’t work

I tried logging in after retrieving the password for like 5 different times and always getting the same password, which seemed to be incorrect when I typed it in in the login page: https://www.patsblackhaircare.com/wp-login.php
Any ideas? Its not the CAPS Lock…
