Password Retrieval Nightmare

After purchase, I tried logging into Yoast. However, it was not accepting my password so click on ” get new password” but instead of getting, one I was taken to Google search window.
After advising support about this, they gave me a new link. Clicking on this took me to a window where I entered my details. I did this and then received an email showing the link to get a new password, however on clicking the link it took me back to the first window. After this and retrying the same happened.
Come on Yoast this is pretty bad, to say the least.
