    When I activate the general password, I have to enter the password twice. When I write for the first time, it does not accept. The second time I type, I can log in. I think there is a problem with the plugin.

    If you’ve entered the correct password but still can’t view the protected content, it’s likely that you’re using an?unsupported caching method and/or plugin.

    Which hosting server, cache server you’re using?

    Could you help to temporary disable cache and check if it works please?

    Can you provide us a password and sample protected URL to take a look please?

    Our customer sometime meet this issue and can fix it after disable\clear the cache.

    Which hosting server you are using? It could be have cache on the hosting server.

    Could you please make sure that the plugin is updated to the latest version, along with the PHP version? It could possibly be causing issues. You can also check this article on Basic Troubleshooting.
