    Hi,

    The URL to set the password for a new user – shortcode [password_url] – is not a link in the email the users receives. It is just text, the user has to copy and paste it into the browser, not a thing, I knew ;-), but for some users a problem.
    HTML format is set in BNFWP settings.

    Thanks for your message.

    Yes, that’s expected behaviour for some URLs. Some email clients turn URLs into link automagically but not all do.
    To make it a link you can add this code to your email notification:
    <a href="[password_url]">Login</a>
