Passwords in Registration Email

I have Custom Passwords enabled in my TML settings so the user is picking their own password. However, in the email they are sent after registration, there is a different password listed than the one they input if I put the password code in the email template.
When they go to login, the password they set does work. If they try to use the one that is emailed to them, it gives an error.
Because of this, I have simply removed the password field from the email as a temporary solution. If I wanted to include the password that the user input as part of the email, is there a way to do this?
