Past events displaying

  • Hi, we are using WP 5.03, QEM v8.9, and WP Bakery page builder v 5.6.

    We haven’t changed our settings, but all the sudden, past events started being displayed, when doing an events query from the page builder. Here is a snapshot of the settings: https://imgur.com/a/5P4gfFZ

    I browsed through the QEM plugin settings, and I found a potential setting that I turned off, but the past events are still displaying as shown in this image. https://imgur.com/a/9Xe1LWV

    Is there updated way to prevent past events from displaying?

  • I don’t see past events on that page.

    But if you are pulling events using the page builder I can’t really help with this as it’s not how the plugin was designed to be used.

    A WP query will search the database for all the posts types you have selected. It doesn’t discriminate by date or any other parameter. The only way to hide past events is to use the standard [qem] shortcode.
